Look what our volunteers did!

A huge THANKYOU to our volunteers who spent the day at Ravenswood on Thursday in the conservation area clearing the paths and pond and cutting back branches.  Everyone seemed to really enjoy the day working as a team, including pupil Jamie who had some great ideas about what needed to be done.  The school has benefitted greatly from this work as we can now use 'Pond Place' again.  In addition, the side of one of our portacabins was repaired by Keith who did a fantastic job and our sensory garden received some welcome maintenance.  Thank you all!

We're all looking forward to our next volunteering day on Friday 9th June from 10am to 3pm.  If you would like to join us for the day, or just for a couple of hours then please let us know by emailing or phoning the school.  We will then confirm with you any specific arrangements for the day.  You don’t need to be highly skilled, just willing to have a go and ready to learn new skills.  Have a look at our Get Involved page.
