The 19th November was the start of Anti-Bullying week at Ravenswood. Here's what has been going on in Primary...
Duck Class have been learning about how we can be good friends. They took part in an intensive interaction session to see some of the actions and sounds that their friends like to do. They learnt about how they could join in with their interests. They also built some friendship walls.
Owl Class were learning about how they could be kind friends. Here is a selection from our kind friends puppet role play today, where Tony and Daisy weren't getting along and kept snatching the ball from each other, but Owl class soon put them straight and showed them exactly how to be good friends using kind hands, hugs, kind words and sharing.
Kingfisher class were learning about how we are all different and unique. We all have different things that we are good at and different things that make us good friends with others. The pupils looked at different symbols and chose which ones they would use to describe their friends and what they were good at.
Robin Class have been learning about good qualities of friends. They have been finding out what makes a good friend and what we can say to be a good friend. We have also made 'thank you for being my friend' cards.
