SCHOOL MEALS SUPERVISORY ASSISTANT

 

Hours: 6.25hrs per week Mon-Fri term time only

We have a vacancy for a Lunchtime Supervisor to help our children, both with their meals and in the playground.

 

The successful applicant will be friendly, caring, reliable and enjoy working with children with special needs.  A calm approach to behavior management is essential.

 

Ravenswood is an all age special school (4 - 18) for children with complex and severe learning difficulties.  We also have provision for children with autism.

 

Appointment to work at Ravenswood School is dependent upon a satisfactory enhanced DBS check and medical checks.  The hours for this position will be 1.25 hours per day (12:30pm to 1:45pm), term-time only.

LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT - CASUAL

Ravenswood is an all age Special School for pupils with complex needs.  This includes pupils with severe learning difficulties, those with communication difficulties and those with emotional/social difficulties.  We also have provision for autistic children.


We are seeking to appoint Casual Learning Support Assistants to join our committed and enthusiastic team.  The successful candidates will be committed to raising pupils’ standards of achievement throughout the school day and in supporting pupils developing social and emotional development.  We are particularly interested in appointing LSAs with musical or creative abilities who are willing to use skills in showcasing pupils’ achievements.
